ezCheckPrinting: how to print recurring checks

With ezCheckPrinting software, you can print professional check with logo and MICR encoding on blank stock easily in house. This feature eliminates the needs of expensive pre-printed checks. Here are two options to create the recurring checks easily.

Option 1: Use the DUPLICATE function.

Step 1.1: Open ezCheckPrinting software

Step 1.2: Select one old check from list and click DUPLICATE button

This function will create a new check by duplicating the old check contents, but with the new pay check date and new check number. duplicate check

Step 1.3: Edit check information if needed and save the new check.

Option 2: Import data from file

If you have already entered the check into ezCheckPrinting, you can export the check data to create your file.

2.2 You can create your data file and import data

2.3 Start ezCheckPrinting software and click the top menu "Import/Export->Import Checks" to view Import Checks screen. If you do not import the check date field, ezCheckPrinting will use TODAY as the default date.
