Print 1099 on Red Form: How to Adjust Printing Position
ezW2 software can fill in 1099 data on pre-printed forms with default settings. If your printer feeds paper differently, here is instruction on how to adjust printing position.
1. For testing purpose, you can use white paper.
2. Please make sure you are printing forms at 100% size
Some printers may shrink form automatically.
- If your printer have auto resize or scale feature, please turn it off.
- If your printer support double sided printing, please turn it off.
