Great. We do a lot of check printing for our clients and used another check printing software which was not flexible at all. Yours is very simple and kind of what we were looking for, so that�s why I am trying to give feedback so you can do it even better.

Thank you for your prompt and excellent support. Not many customer-servicers have the capacity to look beyond getting a dollar today, I think most would have said, "well, we have his money, and it was HIS choice to buy 2010-only rather than wait until the bug was fixed, so case closed". They would keep my dollar today, but never get another one from me again. You, on the other hand, now have my loyatly (though perhaps not much for me to buy from you, haha)
If you don't have a sincere desire to help others, you should not be in "CUSTOMER service", eh?

Ez1099 Software 1099-MISC Form Printing: How to Import Tax Data
With Ez1099 software, you can import 1099 MISC form data from the external .csv file in a few clicks.
If your data is saved in Excel file, you can convert it easily by clicking Excel top menu "File", then click "Save As" to save it as .csv (comma delimited) file.
If you saved data in access, sql server or other database, you can export data to .csv file first.

Followings are the steps to import data
Step 1: Launch ez1099 software.
Start ez1099 software. If you have not installed it, you are welcome to download the trial version and test drive it with no obligation.
ez1099 software can prepare, print and efile forms 1099s, 1096, 1098s and 5498s.
If you do not have ez1099 software installed, you can download the trial version for free from halfpricesoft.com. No registration needed and no obligation. You can follow the step by step online instructions to finish the installation in minutes
This 1099 software is compatible with Windows 11, 10, 8, 7, XP and others Windows computers too.
Step 2: Open import data screen
You can access this screen by clicking the top menu “Company->Import 1099 MISC”.
Step 3: Import data
follow the instructions on screen step by step and import 1099 data.
Note
1. Form 1096 will be generate automatically based on form 1099 information
2. ez1099 allows user to set up unlimited companies with one flat rate. So if you have multiple companies or you are an accountant, you can add new company by clicking top menu “Company Management->New company”
