ezAccounting: Database Path Issue and Solution

With ezAccounting software, you can track company income and cost easily. Please follow this solution if you see the database path issue.

Solution:

1. Open this folder

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Halfpricesoft\ezAccounting

2. Remove the file "settings.xml

3. Start ezAccounting and enter the license

4. Switch the current account if needed

4.1 Click ezAccounting top menu "Company" then "Select Company" to view company list.

4.2 You can change the current folder path if needed.

4.3. Then select a company from list and click the OK button.

5. If you still see this issue, please check the user permissions

The current log in user must have full control permisison to run ezAccounting and access the data.
