ezCheckPrinting Software: How to Convert Check Into Digital Format

With ezCheckPrinting software, you can print professional check with logo and MICR encoding on blank stock easily in house. If you need to print the check(s) into PDF file, please follow the guide below:
#1: Regular check

Note:
- Microsoft Windows 10 and later version include Native Print as PDF option.
- You can also install PDF printer (or PDF convertor) on your computer to print checks into PDF format.
#1. Print a regular check and email it to a vendor
1.1: Start ezCheckPrinting, select the check(s) from check list and click the PRINT button.
1.2: Select "Microsoft Print to PDF" (or other PDF printer driver) from the printer list
1.3: Click the printer icon from the preview screen. Then you will print check(s) into PDF file.
1.4: Save check into PDF file.
#2. Print a blank check into PDF file
2.1 Start ezCheckPrinting, click the top menu "Print Check->Print Blank Checks" to view the blank check printing option screen.
2.2 Specify the options and print the blank checks and print check
2.3 Select "Microsoft Print to PDF" (or other PDF printer driver) from the printer list
2.4: Save blank check into PDF file.
#3. If you need to print a draft check and upload to the bank to collect payments by phone, fax, online
You need to print a draft check on check paper (Do not use white paper), take pictures or scan both sides of the check and upload them to your bank.
Note: Some banks may allow clients upload regular checks only by mobile APP. Please contact your bank to see if your bank allow clients upload draft check images to deposit checks.
