ezCheckPrinting Database Issue

You may see this error if the database path is messed up or the user lost the permission to access data.

1. Open the data folder
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Halfpricesoft\ezCheckPrinting

2. Remove the file "settings.xml"

delete settings file

3. Start ezCheckPrinting and enter the license

4. Switch the current account if needed

select account menu

5. If you still see this issue, please check the permission settings.

The current log in user must have full control permisison to run ezCheckPrinting and access the data.
