ezACH: How to Add a New Account

    

ezACH software can support multiple accounts on the same computer with no extra charge. Here are two options to add a new account.

  • Option 1: Add a new account
  • Option 2: Add a new account by duplicating an existing account

  • Option 1. Add a new account

    1.1 Start ezACH, click the top menu "Bank Origination Account" then "Add Bank Origination Account" to add a new company account

    1.2 Enter the new account name and click "Add Account" button.

    1.3 Set up the new account by following the Quick Start Guide.


    Option 2: Add a new account by duplicating an existing account

    2.1 Start ezACH, click the top menu "Bank Origination Account" then "Backup Bank Current Account"

    2.2 Enter the new account name

    2.3 Switch the current account by clicking the menu "Select Bank Origination Account"

    2.4 Edit the account settings by following the Quick Start Guide.
