Thank you for your rapid response. I made the change per the directions and it yielded the correct 941 information.

ezPaycheck report is based on pay period ending date by default. However, you can change this option to use pay date. You can learn more from this article

Hello,

My ezPaycheck payroll software gave me the correct Form 941 information for the first quarter of 2014.

However, for the second quarter of 2014 it did not. Our first paychecks printed for the second quarter on April 1, 2014. However, the totals shown on the 941 for the second quarter do not include any of the payroll check information from April 1st. (None of that information was included in the first quarter totals either.)


Really don't know what to do to get an accurate report.
