ezPaycheck generates the report based on Pay period ending date. If your company uses the paycheck date, you can change the option from company settings.

Thanks for the quick reply. This is our first employee. She started on June 20th and the pay period was june 20 - 30 (start period June 20, End Period June 30) Her first paycheck was issued on July 1. When I run the 941 Report, it shows monies due to the IRS for Q2.

Does this mean that I pay taxes on accrual not when the check was issued?
