1. Yes, all data is saved inside your local computer. ezW2 software is the desktop version. We do not have your data.

2. Some of our clients even run ezW2 offline. No internet connection is required to run ezW2 software.

If your computer is offline also, you can purchase extra CD ($9.95) from us to install ezW2 from CD.

I am considering a purchase of ezW2 Software. My question pertains to the storage of employee data. Is this data retained on the desktop computer storage device from which the program is run? To protect our employees, we cannot use W2 preparation software where data is uploaded or stored at a location other than our business address.
