Used the w2c form with great success. Had to change two of the forms. I could update the form and added new information. However, when I went to print the form, it did not print the updated or new information. I saved the form after I updated it. I then deleted the entire form. And then created a new one. When I tried to print, it pulled up the information from the very first form I printed. I can't get it to store my updated information.
