My bank is having issues depositing my drafts over their mobile app. The issue arises when I generate a check for the same amount as a previous check, even though the date and check number are different (example: a rent check that is processed the 1st of every month). I'm not convinced this has anything to do with the ezCheckdraft software, but here's what they are saying ๏ฟฝThere are extra symbols in her MICR line specifically between the routing and account number and the spacing may be off as well๏ฟฝ. Can that be changed to meet their specs?
