I'm having an issue after migrating a user to a new domain (new username) where the EZ Check application is no longer automatically opening when the end user goes to print a check from QuickBooks 2020 Premier.
When they select the EZ Check printer to use and go to print they have to manually open up the EZ Check application, which does open to the correct check but the end user would like it working the way it has for the past few years...
I've done a repair on the application but that did not resolve it. Any suggestions?
