Thank you for contacting us about ezpaycheck payroll software . Pay period is company level setup. However, you can change pay period setup  easily.

Here is my suggestions:

When you need to process paychecks,

1: set up the pay period as weekly
Generate the paychecks for weekly paid employees

2. Change the pay period to biweekly
Generate the paychecks for bi-weekly paid employees.

I have a a company with all but two employees that are hourly. The other two are salary and bi weekly rather than weekly. How can I pay them with your ezPaycheck software?
