ezPaycheck payroll software is very flexible. You can add a fixed amount deduction. (ie: you can enter the default value based on 40 hours). When you add a new check, you still have chance to edit the deduction value. Please try it.

- on deduction details screen, please uncheck the option "Deduction in percent". So you can add a deduction by fixed amount on employee profile set up.

I have employees that have payroll deductions based on hours worked per week. how do i enter this deduction so it will calculate correctly
