Thank you for your interested in ezPaycheck payroll software. QuickBooks does not allow other software to pull data from its system. However, you can export employee data from QB to .csv file and ezPaycheck can import data from .csv file to save your time.
Here are the steps:
1. Export employee list from QuickBooks Employee Center
Select Employee Center from QB and click "Excel -> Export Employee List..." from the menu
2. Add a new company within ezPaycheck payroll software

Click ezPaycheck top menu "Export/import" then "Import".
4. Review your employee set up from employee list to edit tax options.
5. Enter YTD payroll data
With ezPaycheck, you do not need to enter the previous check one by one. You can use the YTD feature by entering summary data quickly.
