I recently updated my payroll software, I purchased the network version of your payroll software but am unable to view my colleague’s account as expected. I selected the just me option during installation, but it doesn’t seem to be functioning as anticipated.
Could you please advise if I need to uninstall and reinstall the software to resolve this issue? Additionallypayroll software installation. I purchased the network version inform. , what will happen to the data already entered if I proceed with reinstallation?
