Dear valued customer,

Yes, our ezPaycheck payroll software works for you.

1. ezPaycheck comes with the federal and state tax tables. You can also specify the tax options (ie: disable state tax withhold). It can calculate the payroll taxes automatically according to the tax tables and your employee settings.

2. You can switch to our ezPaycheck payroll software in mid year easily because you can enter your previous payroll data by using the manual YTD feature.

3. Many QuickBooks users are using ezPaycheck for the payroll processing. To switch ezPaycheck, you need to have all your employee data (ie: Married or single, number of allowance, previous tax data..)

I would like to invite you download and try ezPaycheck for 30 days free with no obligation and no credit card is needed. You are welcome to contact if you have any questions.

Good morning.....looking at your payroll software for an American Legion post. We are currently using a program on Excel by one of our past members. I'm looking for software that will provide the numbers for payroll so that we can enter those numbers into QuickBooks and write the check from there. Also provide the information needed for quarterly filings. I have 1 employee who does not pay Iowa State withholdings, can your software accomodate this? What information would I need to have ready to start using your software July 1? Thanks for your assistance.
