the same page of troubleshooting which is showing on the error. We already worked and tried those options and couldn’t succeed, that’s the reason we reached your company.
Never knew it will be such a hassle to print checks with your product, every week when he have to use, we go through the same pain, it never works normally.
We cannot even reach your customer service via phone, its just email and the responses in the email are general troubleshooting, nothing related to our specific issues
Please let us know if someone can contact us via phone and walk us through these errors or refund the money. We are done with this struggle, leaving all the work
And struggling to print the checks is just ridiculous.
