1. Log in your machine as admin
2. Uninstall and re-install ezAccounting.

1) click desktop icon to run ezAccounting
2) Start ezPaycheck from Start->Programs menu
Click the "Start" button, click "Programs" and click ezAccounting to display ezAccounting.exe on list
3) Start ezPaycheck from Program folder
You can open folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Halfpricesoft\ezAccounting, then double click ezAccounting.exe to run payroll software
