Would you please let us know which software are you using now? ezCheckPrinting or ezCheckpersonal?
Most customers should be able to use the default settings. If your check paper is not the standard or your printer is special, please check the following articles
1) Please test with white paper first.
2) Please make sure you printer does not resize check when printing. (Please turn scale feature to off to print 100% size.)
3) You should align the top check first.
