Dear valued customer,

ezCheckPrinting database backup file is .mdb file. you should NOT open this backup file manually or with Microsoft Access. You can open the file with ezCheckPrinting software. Please follow the steps below to restore and read your data.

Hello,

My boss purchased ezCheckPrinting Software back in January of this year and just recently began using software as we were waiting to run out of our normal checks. We purchased the "2-user network" version however when we save a backup in Access it is asking for a password to open it. We were never given a password for this plus our check registers are not syncing. Please help. THank you so much.
