1. turn off both computer and printer.

2. Unplug both computer and printer.

3. wait for 60 seconds

4. Turn on printer.

5. Turn on computer

6. Print a words document to test the connection.

7. Print your checks.

If you cannot print a document in step 6, please contact your printer vendor. They can give you better support.
