We have many QuickBooks customers. I think ez1095 will work for you also.

You can export employee list into .csv file, key in plan information and then import data into ez1095. With ez1095, you can print 1095 C forms with shipping labels and instructions on white paper. You can generate efile documents that you can upload to IRS site also.

I am using QuickBooks now. Can I print 1095 forms with your ez1095 software? I have 137 employees. I do not want to enter all these 1095 C form manually.
