AIRMF3014 is the DUPLICATE error, please check this solution

AIRMF3015 is the receipt ID error. You might enter the wrong receipt ID on ez1095 software  efile screen when you generate the XML files. Please check your IRS account and make sure the receipt ID is correct.


You cannot submit the same forms IRS denied before. Please follow this guide step by step to update form, generate the new XML file to submit replacement again.

When I submitted 1095C replacement to IRS, I got the errors.

Error messages are: AIRMF3014 and AIRMF3015

Please help.
