Did you submit the 1095C/1094C forms to ACA production site? Have you passed ACA testing and gotten your TCC approved to submit 1095/1094C to ACA production site? Based on this error message, IRS have not changed your TCC status and you are not ready to submit to production site.

I am not sure if you can help with this or not, but we have been trying to submit to the IRS our 1095C forms and the below error message is what we received.
Of course the error message does not give us any indication on how to fix the issue. Our data passed the validation phase of your software.
AIRMF3004 Rejected transmission - Error occurred in the Form Type Code
