Hi,

My accountant is filing for me. I prepared the files and sent her the
backup. When she tried to validate it, she received the following
message.

"Yes, the backup files is what we need. However, when I try to validate
them through the software before uploading them to the IRS website, I am
getting the following error message:

ERROR (Line 27): The
'urn:us:gov:treasury:irs:ext:aca:air:ty16:Form1095CAttachedCnt' element
is invalid - The value '' is invalid according to its datatype
'urn:us:gov:treasury:irs:ext:aca:air:ty16:TotalNumberType' - The Pattern
constraint failed"

Can you please tell me what I need to fix for her?
