We are glad to assist you.

1. Please print one side only for IRS copies
IRS may not be able to scan double-sided forms. If your printer supports double sided printing, please turn it off.

2. Print make sure you print the full SSN on IRS copies.
You can mask SSN on recipient copies only.

3. Please print forms at 100% size. Some printers (ie: photo printers) may shrink forms automatically.
IRS cannot scan the smaller forms. If your printer has auto resize or scale feature, please turn it off.

I used the 2019 ACA 1095 software to file more forms with the IRS. It is a smaller company so I mailed them in. Are the forms mailed in supposed to be printed on both sides?

The IRS is telling me the forms I sent are non-official forms
