Yes, ez1095 supports both federal and state efile.

1. CA and DC
They require the specifical format files for state efiling. ez1095 can support it.

DC efiling

2. Some states can accept the same Federal format XML files. (ie: NJ) You can specify the state name when you generate the efile document.

Note:
1. The current version is with the IRS draft version ACA forms. You can use this version to prepare data. You can download the new version in Nov after IRS publishes the final forms. All your data will remain.

2. IRS and state does not accept 2022 schema right now. We will release a new version later. Current ez1095 2022 clients can get the free update.

Can you tell me the number of ACA states that require filing and do you support all of them? What are the states that you support.
Last year we used your software for California and Washington DC. Has the number of ACA states for your software increase for the 2022 filing?
