Good morning,

I submitted the 2020 1094/1095c file to the IRS this morning and it was rejected. The error code I received was ‘MANIFEST-010-01’ and the message is ‘The value of the Manifest 'TestFileCd' must equal the value stored in the IRS database governing the status of the 'FormsTypeCd'. I called the IRS and spoke with an agent who said the status has been moved from test to production and it has been more than 48 hours. They could not find any errors on their side. I have attached a copy of the files that were submitted to the IRS for your reference.
