I submitted my 2023 1095-C XML files to the IRS to the Production AIR system. It was rejected with the following error:

I have followed your on-line instructions
here how to to fix this.
I contacted the IRS. They have "P" for both the TCC and Form T/P Indicators. Last month I submitted test files to the Test AIR system and those files were accepted. I have waited more than 48 hours after they changed my code to "P" for the Form T/P Indicator.
The IRS rep watched on her end as I sent the XML files. She says she is only seeing one record and there are 116 employees in my data file. According to the AIR Transmission Confirmation the filename is exactly the same as the one created in the ez1095 program. I'm not sure what else to look for.
