We do not think MI requires a separate state 1095 return now. However, you can contact your state office for the latest information.

This is the information from MI state site
https://www.michigan.gov...1095c/what-is-form-1095c

Applicable large employers, like the State of Michigan, are now required to provide information annually to employees regarding health insurance offers and coverage. This reporting is done on IRS Form 1095-C.

Please feel free to contact us if you need assistance. We are here to help.

Hello,

The website for the EZ 1095 software mentioned state filing, is Michigan included in this? If so, what exactly are we sending the state?

Thank you,
