Thank you for your interest in our software. We would recommend our ezW2 and 1099 software application for printing W2, W3, 1099 NEC and 1096 forms. Each year is sold separately.


The SSA has approved white paper printing for forms W2 and W3 Copy A and all recipient forms.
The 1099 NEC and 1096 forms require the preprinted red forms as the SSA has not approved white paper printing for Copy A.

We have added the link below for you to test for compatibility. Please start with 2011 to confirm it is compatible with your computer.

We have also added the quick start guide and faq links. The only limitation to the trial is TRIAL appears on forms and the import and efile feature is disableduntil the key is purchased.

The software even keeps all data input in the trial version into the paid program after the key is purchased. This way you can set up all of
your employees and also make sure it is compatible with your needs.

Good Morning:

We are considering purchasing the 1095 software from you: however, I have a
question. If we purchased the 1095 and W-2 software, would it be two
separate software downloads or would we be able to access both softwares
simultaneously? Mainly my question is, would we have to create
separate spreadsheets to import in order to create 1095s and W-2's? Please
let me know. Thank you.
