TCC is required to generate the XML files. For security, there is checksum field in the XML files. The TCC code and checksum data are also embedded in the file names. You cannot edit the XML file data and file name manually.

Here is our suggestion:

1. Enter all the data in the ez1095 data on your computer.

2. Transfer the .mdb file to another department.

3. They can enter the TCC code there, generate the XML files and submit to IRS.

4. Cost
The ez1095 IRS efile version for single user is $395. The 2-user version is $495.

Hello, I need some guidance on how to download the XML file without the transmitter code. We have a different department that will file our 1095-C forms to the IRS and they just need the XML file themselves to complete.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
