Thank you for your interest in our ezW2 software. ezW2 is 49.00 per calendar year per single user version (paper print only). We offer other versions for efile and PDF features for 99.00.
Yes, ezW2 can import employee list and most W2 data from the external .csv file. You can click the top menu "Current Company" then click "Import W2" sub menu to access this feature.
If your data is saved in Excel file, you can convert it easily by clicking Excel top menu "File", then click "Save As" to save it as .csv (comma delimited) file.

ezW2 can print or efile for unlimited companies for unlimited forms W2 and W3 Copy A on plain white white paper and is SSA approved to do so.
1096 and 1099 NEC Copy A MUST be printed on pre-printed red forms but also for unlimited email or printing for unlimited companies.
The SSA has not yet approved for plain white paper printing on Copy A for 1099 NEC and 1096. Recipient forms may be printed on plain white paper.
You can test the software for compatibility for 30 days from download date. The only restriction is that TRIAL will appear on forms until the key is purchased and entered. All data you enter in the trial will remain! No adding data twice.
