ezPaycheck software is a desktop version and will not link to your bank account directly. You need to enter the correct bank information when you set up ezPaycheck payroll software.

To print paychecks:

1) Please use MICR printer or laser printer.

If you need to print checks on blank stock, we do not suggest ink-jet printer.




2) You can use blank stock or pre-printed checks.

You can NOT print check on white paper!




Be sure you enter your bank information correctly, then you can print paychecks and issue them to your employees. Your employees should be able to deposit the checks with no problem.

Are the checks that I print automatically linked to my account? So if one of my employees want to cash their check as long as the routing and banking information are on the check they should have no problem correct or Is there any further action needed in order to make the checks good?
