We are investigating using EZ Paycheck as a back-up solution in case of a major outage with our HR service provider, and I had a couple questions I was hoping you could answer for me.

How many users can we have in the tool? Do we need to set up a user profile for each person, or can we create a single payroll ID?

We have a weekly report that captures all payroll data for that pay period. Is it possible to do a data import to add the YTD payroll history in EZ Paycheck?

What type of security can we set up in the application? Can we link it to our single-sign on or MFA log-in system?

Do you provide cloud storage or do we need to store payroll data locally? If local, do you offer data encryption or password protection?

Thanks for your help.
