I'm looking for something very specific, so I thought I'd explain it here to see if this is something you'd be able to fill for us. I'm the payroll manager and our firm primarily focuses on business tax and personal tax but we also run payroll for our business clients. We've accumulated quite a few over the years. We currently run about 200 business payrolls (whether those be weekly, biweekly, or monthly). Some of these do include after-the-fact payrolls. We are looking for a software that allows us to edit federal and state withholding on paychecks as a lot of our clients want to get down to a specific net amount. We also do a lot of 401K, Simple IRA, HSA, health insurance, and several different additional and deductions from payroll. We are looking for a software that simply calculates the taxes for us, generates payroll summaries and paystubs each pay period, and generates forms at the end of each quarter. For the Quarterly forms, we need a software that allows us to edit the forms and electronically file the forms. For a bit more description on the editable forms, we need something that we can edit the gross payroll number (to include owner health insurance at year end), edit amounts paid and when those amounts were paid on the schedule b.
