1. You can choose the monthly pay period.

2. You can create 12 paychecks, one paycheck for each month, to calculate the payroll taxes.

3. If you do not want to write 12 paychecks, you can write one check only at the end of year by using the MISC check feature.

I downloaded the trial version of ezpaycheck. I'm looking for an annual pay-period option as payment is made at the end of the year. Is that possible through your software? If so, how would I set that up?
