QuickBooks will not allow other software to interface with its payroll data. However, here are some features may help you switch to ezPaycheck smoothly.

1. You can export employee list from QB to .csv file. ezPaycheck can import employee list from .csv file. You can click ezPaycheck top menu "Import/Export" to import data.

2. You can also use manual YTD feature to start ezPaycheck in mid-year quickly. You do not have to enter the old checks one by one

I am looking for ways to reduce my churches payroll processing costs. We are currently using Quickbooks. If I were to use ezPaycheck Payroll to process and print paychecks, can the resulting paychecks be imported into Quickbooks? Currently trying Payroll Mate which will but it is missing some features your software has and I would like to have.
