Yes, ezPaycheck should work on your new server. You can follow this article to move ezPaycheck and data

After you move all data to the new machine, you should uninstall ezPaycheck from the old machine, Then you can register it on your new server.

Please let us know the email you used for your order if you need to resend license key.

We are currently running exPaycheck, version 3.5.13, on a Windows Server 2008. We are planning to replace this server with a Windows server 2012R2. Is our current version of exPaycheck compatible with Windows Server 2012R2? Also, can you provide support to migrate teh software to a new server? Thank you.
