We are glad to assist you. Did you just get the error when printing checks? If yes, it might be printer issue.
1. You can power off both machine and printer, restart them and try to print checks again.
2. Can you print other document from the same printer? If not, you can download the latest printer driver for Windows 10 from the printer vendor site.
3. If you still see this error, can you try another printer? Do you still see the same error?
4. If you purchased ezCheckPrinting before Year 2014, you may need to download and purchase the new version. You can backup data, uninstall and reinstall the latest version ezCheckPrinting and virtual printer from our site. We released the new version 6 of ezCheckPrinting in Year 2014 after Microsoft stopped to support .net framework 1.1 and XP. When you upgraded your system to Windows 10, some old Windows components might be disabled or removed.
