Do you have any special character in file name? Please check step 2 in this link
http://www.halfpricesoft...in-find-check-number.asp If you still see this error, would you please add a test account in ezCheckPrinting with name with letter only (ie: "test1")
Will you see the same issue? If yes, please give us more information
1. Your system: Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista, XP or others
2. Your QuickBooks version: QB online, 2016, 2015, or others?
3. Please send us the raw data file.
- Print a check from QB to duplicate this error first.
- Then email us this file to
