Thank you for contacting us. ezCheckPrinting can design and print business checks for you as a standalone version ($39). If you need to print Quicken checks on blank stock, you need ezCheckprinting for QuickBooks/Quicken version (currently $69), which includes both ezCheckPrinting check writer and QB virtual printer.

1. We suggest our clients print checks on blank stock with the laser printer or MICR ink printer.
We do not suggest the regular ink-jet printer because some ATMs and grocery stores may not be able to scan the checks if they are using old scanners.

2. ezCheckPrinting can import your previous checks from .csv file. However, you need to set up the check account (bank information and company information) manually.

3. There is no monthly fee and hidden cost.
You can use ezCheckPrinting current version 6 on your computer forever. However, you need to pay upgrade fee if we release new version 7 and you decide to upgrade.

4. More information can be found at

I am looking to replace VersaCheck with your software. I read that it is compatible with Quicken, is this correct?
The printer I now use is HP Deskjet 1000 and buy my MICR cartridge (61ms) from VersaCheck. Can I still use this printer and do you have MICR cartridge dor this printer?
Does your software import the necessary information from the versacheck program, such as account numbers, font, etc for check writing?
Are there any other cost incurred other than software cost to start printing?

Thanks, Ron
