We have found in the past this issue is because of permission settings on your server might change or local machine mapped driver path messed up.

1. Would you please open File Explore on your local client machine? Can you access the database folder on server now?

If you can access the database folder with File Explore from client machine, you should be able to access it from ezCheckPrinting.

2. If ezCheckPrinting stopped running because of database access, you can also follow solution 2 in this guide. Then you can run ezCheckPrinting , enter key code and change the path.
