Dear Melissa,

Are you using the latest version of ezChekcPrinting QuickBooks version now? Please try the solution below:

1. Print QB check with invoice on white paper with a real printer first. (do not use virtual printer in this step)

-- If you can see check and invoice on stubs on white paper in this step, continue.

-- Otherwise, contact Intuit for help. It is the QuickBooks issue. QB cannot send data correctly to printer.

2. Print QuickBooks with ezCheckPrinting QB Virtual printer by following this guide

Please feel free to contact us if you still have any questions.

Thank you.

We are using this program to print Accounts payable checks from Quickbooks. The problem we are having is on the stub of the check we need to have a detail of the invoices that are being paid on the check. Right now, all that is on the stub is the Pay to:, check number, Amount:, and Date.
