Thank you for using ezCheckPrinting for QB. Here is my suggestion:

Please make sure you are not printing a direct deposit check with no amount. The amount field is required to print check. You can not use ezCheckPrinting to print direct deposit check, report or other forms.

1. If you are printing real checks, follow this guide to double IE settings and make sure ADOBE PDF reader is still the default one
http://www.halfpricesoft...line-checks-printing.asp

2. Try one more time with IE to print QB checks.

3. If you still see this issue and need to write checks now, try this 2-step solution first to get your job done.
http://www.halfpricesoft...ck-printing-solution.asp

4. When you have time, send us the row data file and we will check it here

***How to send the raw data *****************

Please send us this file "qbfile0001.txt".

Steps:

1. Print a check from QB to duplicate this error first.

2. Then email us this file "qbfile0001.txt" to services@halfpricesoft.com as attachment.

The location of this file is:
C:/Users/Public/Documents/Halfpricesoft/ezCheckPrintingQBImport/qbfile0001.txt

We have been using the software with no issue to print checks from QBO until today. Now we get an error message" Index was outside the bounds of the array", I have checked the help articles. Adobe installed and is enabled on Internet Explorer and it is the default web browser. Not sure what else to do. Please call ASAP 703-861-8727
