Are you using ezCheckPrinting with QB now? Some machine cannot support special character and you may see such issue. Here are the solution.

1. Please follow this guide to print a check from ezCheckPrinting directly with a real printer. (Not with QuickBooks.)

If it works, please move to step 2.

2. Follow step 2 and step 3 in the guide below to rename the file name.

Then print QB checks again. Follow step 3 in the guide below

3. If you still see this issue, please give us more details:

- Your QB version: QuickBooks online, desktop 2017, 2016 or others?
- Your PC: Windows 10, 8.1, 8 or others
