I am interested in purchasing the ezW2Correction 2018 Software multiple-user Advance Version but I have a few questions to determine if it is the best option for my needs.



To import the W2 previous data from csv, can I upload the entire file for all employees or does the data for each employee need to be added as a w2c is needed?



For the multiple user option, can one user see the W2Cs of the other through the license or are the records only available on that computer?



For the two users, is it 2 separate codes or 1 code and will work two different times?

Thank you for contacting us about ezW2Correction software advanced version. Here are the answers.

1. You can import all employee data and previous form data, then enter the correction information on W2C form.
- If you are sure you will not correct some fields for any employee, you can skip such fields.

- If you do not enter the both the correct amounts for one field, ezW2Correction software will leave that field (both previous and corrected) blank when printing form.

2. If you purchase the 2-user version and share the same data, after one user changes the form, the other user will see it.
