Is there any way in ezACH to create a pre-note file to send to my bank for account verification purposes? I've looked in my program and online, but don't see any info on it.

Yes, ezACH supports the prenote feature.

When you add a transaction manually, you will see the PRENOTE pop up screen if you enter $0 for the amount. (see the attached image)
